What Silence Costs the Body
Holding everything in is work. A nervous system that has learned to stay braced may show it as irritability, poor sleep, or a short fuse long before a man would call it stress.
Putting words on an experience in front of people who get it can help settle that system. Tatiana is passionate about the brain, and she will explain what is going on in plain language.

About This Group
A Safe Space for Men
A safe space for men to engage with one another and receive support from a licensed clinician, with the goal of connectedness, personal growth and development, and a chance to release issues they otherwise carry alone.
You are not asked to perform being fine. You also do not have to talk until you are ready.
Connection Without a Performance
There is no single way to be a man or a single story that every member will recognize. One person may be adjusting to fatherhood; another may be questioning a career, a friendship, or expectations learned years ago. You can consider what kind of support you want before deciding how much to share. Being listened to, hearing another perspective, and putting a difficult question into words are different needs, and all are worth naming.

What Comes Up
- Emotional awareness and healthy expression for men
- Relationships, fatherhood, and partnership
- Identity, purpose, and personal growth
- Managing stress, anger, and life transitions
- Building real friendships and community
You Might Be a Fit If
- You have nobody you can say the real thing to
- Stress, a transition, or a relationship has you worn down
- You feel isolated, even around people
- You want to grow, and you would rather not do it alone
Faith, If You Want It
Some men want to talk about being a husband, father, or brother in Christ. Others would rather leave faith out. Tell Cornerstone your preference when you call, and we will go over what is available.

If You Are on the Fence
I have never done anything like this. Will I have to talk?
You can listen for as long as you need to.
Is this only for men in crisis?
No. Ordinary pressure at work or at home is reason enough. For a crisis, call or text 988 or call 911.
Can I attend by video from my truck?
Discuss your proposed setup with the practice before joining. Sessions require a private, stationary space; do not join while driving.
