About This Group

Room for All of You

If you are the one everybody leans on, this hour is meant to be yours. It is a safe space for women to engage with one another and receive support from a licensed clinician, with room to set down what has been carried alone.

Relationships, career, family, identity, and personal challenges all belong here, along with encouragement and practical tools.

Making Your Own Needs Specific

It can be easier to describe what everyone else needs than to say what would help you. Consider a recent moment when you wanted more time, understanding, company, or space. What made that need difficult to express? Your circumstances may differ from another woman’s, even when parts of her story sound familiar. Support does not require agreeing on every choice or following the same path through relationships, family, or work.

Topics We Cover

  • Self-worth, identity, and personal empowerment
  • Relationships, motherhood, and partnership
  • Managing anxiety, depression, and life stressors
  • Setting boundaries and practicing self-care
  • Building supportive friendships and community
  • Exploring purpose, values, and personal fulfillment

Christian Women, and Everyone Else

Christian women may want to talk about identity and worth in the language of their faith. Other women would rather leave faith out. Tell Cornerstone your preference when you call, and we will go over what is available.

The Neuroscience

Why Being Heard Registers in the Body

Human nervous systems settle in the presence of people who feel safe. It is one of the oldest regulation tools we have, and it is easy to lose when you are the person everyone else leans on.

An hour among women who are listening also gives you practice asking for what you need.

Before You Sign Up

Is this a Bible study?

No. It is a counseling group led by a licensed clinician, though faith can be part of the conversation for women who want it.

What if I run into someone I know?

Ask about this when you call, and read how confidentiality works in a group before you decide.

Can I bring my baby or kids to telehealth?

For everyone's privacy, plan to join from a quiet place where others cannot hear. Tell us about your situation and we can talk through options.
