Faith-based staff development, pastoral wellness, and leadership training for ministry teams.

Talk About Your Church

Ministry Teams

The People Holding Everyone Else Up

Church staff absorb the congregation's grief, marriages, addictions, and crises, often on a small budget and with a family living in the same fishbowl.

Tatiana is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Christian. She can talk about burnout in the language of calling and servant leadership without having to be taught that language first.

Faith-Based Sessions

What Tatiana Offers Churches

  • Faith-based staff development
  • Pastoral wellness
  • Leadership training for ministry teams
  • Biblical counseling integration for church staff
  • Spiritual wellness and faith-centered team building

Ministry roles can blur together. A staff member may be a colleague, a congregant, a volunteer supervisor, and a friend within the same community. When tension arises, it can be difficult to know which relationship needs attention first. Before requesting a session, consider where your team most needs clearer expectations: availability outside working hours, responsibility for difficult conversations, or the difference between spiritual encouragement and professional mental health support. Describe the situation in general terms. A training discussion does not require sharing a congregant's personal history or inviting staff to disclose their own experiences to the group.

Reducing the Stigma

Anxiety and the Pew

Some church members quietly wonder whether anxiety means weak faith. A clinician who is passionate about Christ and neuroscience can give leaders a way to talk about it from the front of the room.

Faith can provide a shared language for care while people still differ in what they feel comfortable discussing at work. Tell Tatiana which beliefs, traditions, and leadership responsibilities are relevant to your setting. Ask how a proposed topic could respect those differences and what participation would involve. It can also help to identify what leaders need to decide after the session, such as who responds to a concern or how staff ask for relief during a demanding season. A workshop cannot replace those decisions. The goal of the planning conversation is to connect the requested teaching with the actual pressures your ministry team faces.

Questions From Church Leaders

Do you counsel our staff individually?

A training relationship and a counseling relationship are kept separate. Ask Tatiana how to handle this for your team.

What if our doctrine differs from yours?

Tell her up front. Sessions are customized to your church, and she will say so if she is not the right fit.

Is there a rate for churches?

Ask the practice about payment arrangements for your organization.
